Here at Law in Check, our team of Costs Lawyers’ have years of experience in the legal costing industry and have the ability to dissect your lawyer’s invoices to be able to determine whether we can challenge any excessive or unjustified fees. In Victoria this usually occurs if there is a failure to disclose or if the law practice's costs are reduced by 15% or more on assessment.
